Fellowship under Dr. Abhishek Mangeshikar and Dr. Prashant Mangeshikar (in association with Indian Centre of Endometriosis) at some of the top hospitals in South Mumbai (Jaslok Hospital, Saifee Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital and ACI Cumballa Hill).

Duration

1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months or 12 Months

Modules

At the end of this fellowship, you will successfully understand and learn best practices in diagnosis of Endometriosis, best therapeutic modalities on case-to-case basis, and laparoscopic surgical technqiues.

Diagnosis:

  • Ultrasound: – Learn advanced endometriosis targetted USG
  • MRI: Learn how to read and interpret MRI for endometriosis

Surgical Techniques:

  • Peritoneal disease
  • Ovarian endometriosis
  • Bowel endometriosis including disc excision techniques for colorectal disease.
  • Gcnltrlnary endometriosis – ureteral disease, bladder excision and nephrectomy
  • Fertility enhancing techniques for endometriosis surgery
  • Diaphragm excision,
    Endometriosis of the peripherald nerves – sciatic, pudendal, sacral never roots
  • Adenomyosis – Uterine conserving techniques
  • Hsterectomy techniques for diffuse adenomyosis.
  • Hysterectomy for Frozen pelvis – retroperitoneal dissection and modified radical hysterectomy techniques.
